I’ve found the product I want but can’t select or add it to the cart?

 

If this happens then this means that the item or product you are trying to select or add to cart is out of stock. If you are not sure and would like to speak to a customer service rep, please give us a call at (949)439-3574.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

Right after you placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and once your order is packed and on it's way you will receive a delivery email notifying you that your order was shipped. If 30 mins or more go on after the confirmation email and no delivery email has been sent, please contact us via chat or give us a call.

Part of my order is missing

 

We will ensure this never happens to any of your orders, but we must confess we are not robots and we too sometimes can commit mistakes, if this was to happen, contact us immediately (preferably before driver leaves your premises) so that we can help you asap.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

At the moment only cash upon delivery.

Is it safe to order online?

 

Yes, all your information is confidential and nothing is share with anyone. The staff at ReLeaf is very professional and will handle it accordantly. You do not have to worry about entering your information in the system. Also we do not take payments online so you also do NOT have to enter and debit or credit card information.

Can I track my order ?

 

We are having various meetings about delivery drivers share a live transit of your delivery. You will soon find out if we will adopt the live transit tracking system.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

We do not have any discount codes available at the moment. We will update this FAQ once we do.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery is usually super fast! We do have busy days and deliveries tend to take a bit longer, please be patient because your delivery will soon be on its way for you to enjoy!
